Only five weeks remain in the NFL season. This article will try and help you win some money in DraftKings during one of those final weeks.

Week 12 of the NFL season has come and gone. The wacky weekend that included three Thanksgiving games saw some huge fantasy scoring. It also featured  incredibly entertaining football.

DraftKings hosted a bunch of contests. As always this article focused on the Sunday games that occurred during the day. The lineup that was entered into DraftKings’ free contest is listed below.

QB: Tom Brady

RB: Christian McCaffrey

RB: Bilal Powell

WR: Demaryus Thomas

WR: Mohamed Sanu

WR: Kenny Stills

TE: Rob Gronkowski

FLEX: Dede Westbrook

D/ST:  Jacksonville Jaguars

As I said last week this lineup depends on the Patriots connection paying dividends. Unforuntately, even though they performed, other parts of this lineup let me down. Brady and Gronkowski combined for 48 points. Other than Mohamed Sanu, no other player scored over 12 points. The biggest disappointment per price was Christian McCaffrey. The rookie running back finished with 87 yards and only two receptions despite his team putting up 35 points.

This week Sunday features 13 day games. That is the most we’ve had to choose from since the bye weeks began.

The teams that do not qualify for this article are the Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cincinnati Bengals. There is a lot of fantasy firepower on those teams. Regardless, there is plenty of intriguing matchups to investigate.

This article features a breakdown of the top five highest priced players at their position and a few value plays for each spot. The final slide will feature the lineup that will be entered into the DraftKings’ free contest this week.
