Let’s discuss 5 possible replacements should the Indianapolis Colts fire their head coach, Chuck Pagano.

It takes a lot to be considered for a head coaching job in the NFL. However, it takes slightly less to be fired, unless you are Marvin Lewis. It will forever remain a mystery as to how he was able to stay in Cincinnati for 15 years. Regardless, Chuck Pagano may be shown the door in Indianapolis, and there are more than a few people who will be chomping at the bit to replace him.

Let’s face it, there may not be a more attractive head coaching position available in all of football. Well, one could make an argument for Tampa Bay should Dirk Koetter get fired or even Oakland if Jack Del Rio is asked not to return for next season.

Andrew Luck, if he can figure out his health concerns in the offseason, is a dream quarterback for any head coach. Luck himself makes Indianapolis an attractive situation for a head coaching candidate, but the Colts have several other pieces as well.

T.Y. Hilton is arguably a top ten wide receiver and Marlon Mack has the tools to become one of the brightest running backs in the league. The Colts also have defensive talents like Jon Bostic and Malik Hooker. With the talent they have on the roster, many people would love a chance to coach in Indianapolis. Let’s take a look at some of those candidates and see who would be the best fit for the Colts.
