NFL coverage map 2017: TV schedule Week 16

Even with four nationally televised games, there will be 12 games being shown on either CBS or FOX in Week 16 of the NFL season. Here are the coverage maps.
It’s Christmas week in the NFL, but only a few teams are getting presents. Technically, five teams have already gotten their presents in the form of playoff berths: the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Minnesota Vikings, the New England Patriots, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
However, there is still two weeks left of ball for all 32 teams left to play. Since Week 16 coincides with Christmas, we will see a few changes to the television schedule across the league. We will have no Thursday games, two Saturday games, 12 Sunday games and two Monday games.
Saturday will begin with the Indianapolis Colts at the Baltimore Ravens. Kickoff from M&T Bank Stadium will be at 4:30 p.m. ET. It will air on the NFL Network with Trent Green and Greg Gumbel in the booth to call it.
The second of two Saturday games will be essentially Sunday Night Football. It will be between the Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. Kickoff from Lambeau Field will be at 8:30 p.m. ET. Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth will be in the booth for NBC.
Monday begins with a late afternoon game between the Steelers and the Houston Texans. NBC and the NFL Network will simulcast the game with Mike Tirico and Kurt Warner in the booth. Kickoff from NRG Stadium will be at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Finally, Monday Night Football goes on according to plan. This week, Sean McDonough and Jon Gruden will be in Philadelphia for when the Eagles host the Oakland Raiders. Kickoff from Lincoln Financial Field will be at 8:30 p.m. ET.

CBS
There will be six games on CBS on Sunday, five early and one late. The featured 1:00 p.m. ET will be between the Buffalo Bills and the Patriots with Jim Nantz and Tony Romo on the call. Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts have the Los Angeles Chargers at the New York Jets.
Kevin Harlan and Rich Gannon will be there for Miami Dolphins at Kansas City Chiefs. Spero Dedes and Adam Archuleta have Denver Broncos at Washington Redskins. Tom McCarthy and Steve Beuerlein are doing Cleveland Browns at Chicago Bears.
The lone late afternoon game on CBS will be Jaguars at San Francisco 49ers. Andrew Catalon and James Lofton will be calling yet another Jaguars game for CBS, so good for them. That team is playing well and the 49ers have found their quarterback in Jimmy Garoppolo.
FOX Early
FOX has four early afternoon games on Sunday. Kevin Burkhardt and Charles Davis have Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints for the featured 1:00 p.m. ET game on FOX in Week 16. Chris Myers and Daryl Johnston have Los Angeles Rams at Tennessee Titans. Thom Brennaman and Chris Spielman are doing Detroit Lions at Cincinnati Bengals. Kenny Albert and Ronde Barber will be calling Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Carolina Panthers.
It should be noted that five metropolises will be blacked out on FOX during the early afternoon time slot. This is because there is a local home game airing on CBS during the same time. Those cities are Boston, Chicago, Kansas City, New York and Washington.
FOX Late
FOX has two late afternoon games in Week 12. The featured game in the late afternoon is Seattle Seahawks at Dallas Cowboys. Obviously, Joe Buck and Troy Aikman have that game because how ’bout them Cowboys!

Dick Stockton and Mark Schlereth have the other late afternoon game on FOX, which will be between the New York Giants and the Arizona Cardinals. San Francisco and the Bay Area will be blacked out on FOX during the 4:00 p.m. ET time slot because of the Jaguars at 49ers airing on CBS at the same time.
