4. Buffalo Bills

The Bills keep winning even with all the adversity they’ve endured this season and have put themselves in a great spot to make the playoffs. The problem is, they need to win out and get help from other teams. Just winning out won’t be enough if the Baltimore Ravens do the same. The Bills would lose on a tiebreaker. Before the Bills can even think about the Ravens, they face one of their toughest games of the season on the road in Foxborough.

No matter the outcome of this season you have to give the Bills credit, they’re a resilient team. The front office traded away plenty of talent and there were many bad coaching decisions throughout the season. Yet, here the Bills are, looking to end a 17-year playoff drought and get back to the postseason. On paper, they don’t have a shot but this is a divisional game and just like we saw the Dolphins upset the Patriots two weeks ago, anything can happen. The NFL has been such a week-to-week league this year.

Sean McDermott and offensive coordinator Rick Dennison have to come out with an aggressive offensive gameplan. The Patriots have been particularly poor on defense this season and the Bills have the weapons to attack that. LeSean McCoy could be in for a big game if he gets the carries. Tyrod Taylor must stay turnover free and play one of his best games this season.

It’s an uphill battle but I’m not going to count out the Bills just yet.
