The Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars are big favorites at home, while the Atlanta Falcons are given the best chance to pull the upset.
The NFL Wild Card matchups are set, and we have four home favorites to talk about. The biggest of the lines belongs to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills, with Blake Bortles and Co. being favored by 8.5 points in the initial spread.
Jacksonville finished with a record of 10-6 but dropped two straight decisions to end the year. Buffalo, meanwhile, finished with a mark of 9-7, good enough to make the playoffs for the first time since 1999. Speaking of 1999, this is the first playoff game that Jacksonville has hosted since the 1999 AFC Championship Game.

Rams -5 hosting Falcons
Saints -5.5 hosting Panthers
Jags -8.5 hosting Bills
Chiefs -7 hosting Titans
In the other AFC duel, the Kansas City Chiefs are a touchdown favorite over the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee lost three straight games before edging the Jaguars in Week 17 to get into the playoffs. Kansas City has won four straight including three at Arrowhead Stadium in Weeks 14-16, making it the decided favorite.
The NFC has smaller lines. The Los Angeles Rams are hosting a playoff game in the City of Angels for the first time since 1985, when Dieter Brock and the guys beat up on Tony Dorsett and the Dallas Cowboys. Los Angeles is favored by five points over the Atlanta Falcons, who clinched a playoff berth on Sunday with a win over the Carolina Panthers.
Finally, those aforementioned Panthers are 5.5-point underdogs at the Superdome against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon. Carolina has lost twice to the Saints this season, but is hoping to turn fortunes around against Drew Brees and Sean Payton.
