In an AFC Wild Card matchup on Saturday afternoon, the Tennessee Titans will travel to Kansas City to take on the red-hot Chiefs.

The 2018 NFL Playoffs will kick off with an AFC Wild Card battle on Saturday, as the Tennessee Titans will take on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Titans earned their way into the playoffs with a win in Week 17, and will be one of the two Wild Card teams from the conference. The Chiefs won the AFC West outright, and was the only team from the division to make the playoffs, which was certainly not expected to be the case.

Prior to the 2017 season, many believed the AFC West could have as many as three participants in the playoffs. However, the Chiefs were able to outlast the other three teams for the second season in a row, earning the No. 4 seed in the AFC Playoffs. They have played very well as of late, winning four straight to finish the season, and come into Saturday as the heavy favorite in this one.

Kickoff begins at 4:35pm ET, and this one could be one of the more lopsided playoff games we have seen in a while. The Titans stumbled their way into the playoffs, and have looked downright bad at times, while the Chiefs are appearing to hit their stride heading into this AFC Wild Card matchup.

Look for Kareem Hunt to have a big game in this one, as he should be able to find room against this Titans defense. Marcus Mariota looked to be a budding superstar before being injured late last season, and really did not have the kind of year many believed he would have coming into 2017. He has the potential to lead this Titans team to playoff wins eventually, but unfortunately for the Titans, that first win will not come on Saturday.
