As we head into Championship Sunday, and the order for the first 28 picks are set, we take a look at our latest 2018 NFL Mock Draft.

This past weekend, the final eight teams remaining in Super Bowl contention was whittled down to four, as the participants in next weekend’s championship games were set. The Philadelphia Eagles took care of business at home against the Atlanta Falcons, punching their ticket on Saturday. Also on Saturday, the New England Patriots throttled the Tennessee Titans, who parted ways with head coach Mike Mularkey a few days later.

On Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars shocked the football world by beating the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road. The final participant in Championship Sunday had to wait until the last play of regulation to clinch their seat on the bus, as a last-second Case Keenum to Stefon Diggs touchdown pass led the Minnesota Vikings over the New Orleans Saints. With the order for the first 28 selections set in stone, lets take a look at our latest 2018 NFL Mock Draft.

53. . Quarterback. UCLA. Josh Rosen. 1. player

The first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft belongs to the Cleveland Browns for teh second straight year, after the team went 0-16 this season. Last year, the Browns selected Texas A&M edge rusher Myles Garrett with the first overall pick, as they looked to bolster their defensive line. In 2018, look for the Browns to  try to get better on the offensive side of the ball, and selecting their next franchise quarterback could be in the cards.

In 2017, the Browns spent a second-round pick on DeShone Kizer, who was given every chance to hold onto the position during the season. He did not show the kind of talent needed to lead this team over the next ten seasons, so while there are never any promises in the NFL Draft, the Browns have to take a chance on one of these signal-callers. This draft class has the potential to be a very quarterback-driven group of players, and the Browns will get the first shot at picking a winner.

Josh Rosen from UCLA appears to be the most NFL-ready quarterback in this draft class, and he declared for the draft a couple weeks back. He has the size and arm strength to make all the throws at the next level, but his decision-making came under question this season. Look for the Browns to roll the dice on Rosen at No. 1 overall, as they look to make their franchise relevant for the first time in a long time.
