Wide Receiver. Oklahoma State. James Washington. 16. player. 26.

The Baltimore Ravens had one job to do in Week 17, and that was beat the Cincinnati Bengals at home to clinch a spot in the playoffs. However, they were unable to get the job done, and found themselves on the outside looking at the playoffs once again. They have fallen pretty far from the team that won the Super Bowl five years ago, and their offense is something they really need to fix this offseason.

Baltimore can start that process in April, when they pick at No. 16 in the 2018 NFL Draft. With that pick, the team should look to bring in some weapons for quarterback Joe Flacco, who has been a bit of a mediocre quarterback since leading his team to that victory over the San Francisco 49ers. James Washington has been an absolute stud during his time at Oklahoma State, and he has the perfect skill set for a quarterback like Flacco.

Washington has the build you look for in a wideout, and he is not afraid to go over the middle. He also has incredible speed, and it would enable Flacco to have a reliable option on the outside for the deep ball. The Ravens have the talent on defense to challenge in the AFC North next season, but if they cannot get it going on a consistent basis on the offensive side of the ball, it is going to be hard to put together wins.
