There is nothing like watching you division rival go down in flames in the NFL Playoffs, and Packers fans had their way with the Vikings on Twitter Sunday.

On Sunday night, the Minnesota Vikings were absolutely whacked by the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship Game. While fans in the City of Brother Love rejoiced, fans over in Wisconsin were also relishing the big win by the Eagles. The Packers Twitter universe was on fire over the Vikings 38-7 loss to the Eagles, which is certain to add more fuel to the fire next season.

The Vikings won their Divisional Round matchup against the New Orleans Saints in miracle fashion, as Case Keenum hit Stefon Diggs on a 61-yard touchdown pass with no time remaining in regulation. That led to the NFC title game matchup against the Eagles, who were the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Still, the Vikings were a three-point favorite in this one, but the Eagles were the far better team for nearly the entire game.

After the loss, Packers fans took to Twitter to roast the Vikings, and some posts were downright hilarious.

In all seriousness, it was a pretty special season for the Vikings, who had to deal with so many injuries to even get to the NFC Championship Game. The Packers likely blame the Vikings for their lost season, as Anthony Barr broke Aaron Rodgers’ collarbone, essentially ending their chance at making the playoffs. This rivalry will renew next season, and now that the Vikings are so good, there is certain to be a lot  more on the line.

Next: Jaguars have ample reasons to believe in future

With the win, the Philadelphia Eagles move on to Super Bowl LII, where they will take on the New England Patriots. The Patriots punched their ticket to the big dance with a solid win over the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier in the day. If the Eagles play like they did on Sunday, they just may be able to rob Tom Brady of his sixth Super Bowl ring.
