Here’s the full schedule for the mixed doubles curling tournament at the 2018 Winter Olympics from Pyeongchang, South Korea.

As the sport of curling continues to grow in popularity, the International Olympic Committee decided that fans needed more and, in addition to the traditional men’s and women’s tournaments, they have added a mixed doubles competition to the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. That means that curling will take place every single day of these Olympics. What a time to be alive, am I right?

Things may look a little different than the curling you’re used to. These teams will consist of just one man and one woman and will last just eight ends as opposed to the regular 10. Scoring is the same but there are different rules that can get a little complicated. For example, there are two stones in play (one for each team) before each end even begins. They’re initially placed by the team throwing the last stone of the end but depending on where they’re placed, the order of throws can be changed and a modified free guard can also come into play, which can include the removal of these stones. I know it sounds complicated but just follow the schedule below and you’ll pick things up quickly.

For this inaugural tournament, eight nations will take part in a round robin tournament with the top four teams advancing to the medal round. These eight teams are Canada, China, Finland, Norway, Olympic Athletes from Russia (remember the ban), South Korea, Switzerland and the United States.

With the 14-hour time difference between Pyeongchang (which will be listed here as KT) and the Eastern Time Zone (ET) in the United States, watching some of these matches may be difficult but the live stream and television options that the NBC family of networks are offering, curling fans will have plenty of chances to catch this initial tournament at many different times.
