3. West Ham and Watford play out five-goal thriller

Premier League matchweek 26 came to end Monday with Watford and Chelsea playing out an entertaining match at Vicarage Road. In an upset, the Hornets put Chelsea to the sword, running out 4-1 winners.

Javi Gracia has rekindled the kind of form Watford showed in the early stages of Marco Silva’s tenure. The Spaniard will look to continue building the momentum gained from the Chelsea game against a West Ham side that haven’t won since mid-January, against Shrewsbury in the FA Cup.

Gracia will be confident. January signing Gerard Deulofeu impressed on his debut, and the Spanish winger can cause serious problems for a shaky Hammers defense. With Richarlison and Troy Deeney also playing well, the Hornets can score a lot of goals.

However, they’ve been known to concede a lot of goals. With West Ham in need of points, and facing a bad defense, this match could turn into a shootout. Still, Gracia’s side have better players and are full of confidence following Monday’s result. 3-2 Watford.
