Chloe Kim is dominating the Winter Olympics and instantly became America’s favorite athlete for her work on the slopes and her infectious personality.

One of my favorite parts of the Olympics is discovering so many great athletes who you may not have known about prior. That’s certainly been the case for me, a casual observer and novice when it comes to the Olympic events. But I’ve already found out who is the star of this year’s Olympics games and it’s none other than 17-year-old snowboarder, Chloe Kim.

Next: Best Olympian from every state

Kim won the gold medal in the halfpipe and is well on her way to establishing herself as the next “it” athlete to come out of the winter games. I already can’t wait to see what she does in four years at the next Olympics, and I have a new favorite follow on Twitter.

Kim is dishing out some awesome life advice on Twitter because when I get nervous, I’m going to reach for the churros to calm my nerves.

Can someone please deliver two scoops to Pyeongchang for Chloe Kim, please?! Preferably in a waffle cone, but a bowl or the carton will suffice in a pinch.

She got her ice cream and is eating it during her interviews. This is my Olympic dream!

And Kim is also aware that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and starting the day on a high note with a delicious breakfast sandwich is truly the stuff of champions. Forget all about that Wheaties propaganda Big Cereal is trying to push down our throats. I like to think she had bacon or sausage on that breakfast sandwich, and I have so much respect for her knowing she uses the word hangry. If you’ve ever been so hungry that you get angry, you can relate.

After Kim took gold in the halfpipe she told the media that she was still hungry and could go for a burger, fries and maybe even some Hawaiian pizza. Kim could be the person that gets the nation unified when it comes to Hawaiian pizza. I’ve been against the idea of pineapple on pizza, but I think I’m officially changing my stance solely because of my new favorite Olympian.

Chloe Kim has the gold medal talent and the personality to match. We really don’t deserve her, but we’re lucky to have her and we’re so thankful that she represented the U.S.A. so well in the Olympics.
