3. Demario Davis

Playing on the Jets, Davis hasn’t gotten the national recognition that he deserves. This is a high quality every down linebacker that is just reaching the prime of his career. New York made a shrewd moving in bring Davis back from his stint with the Browns.

The Jets have a lot of cap space and might now allow Davis to leave the Big Apple, but if he becomes available, Denver should look to him as the answer to their linebacker problem.

Davis is equally adept against the run or pass, has very good size, can rush the quarterback a little, is a solid tackler and made more big plays behind the line of scrimmage than most probably to realize. It should also be noted that Todd Davis’ contract is up and could be on his way out of Denver.
