In Olympics women’s hockey on Tuesday night, Switzerland topped Sweden to take control of Group B.

As expected, the two groups of Olympics women’s hockey are coming down to the final game. On Tuesday, Switzerland faced off against Sweden to see who would emerge from Group B as the top seed. It was the former, as the Swiss ladies beat the Swedes 2-1.

With this win, Switzerland officially wins Group B. They will get to face the fourth-place team from Group A in the quarterfinals of the medal round. Should Switzerland win that game, they will either face the United States or Canada, depending on who wins the Wednesday showdown.

Their first goal of the game came from none other than Alina Muller. The sister of New Jersey Devils defenseman Mirco Muller (Mueller in the United States), she now has six goals on the Olympics. Of course, four of them came against Korea. But the 19-year-old Swiss forward keeps coming up huge for her country. Muller’s goal was assisted by Christine Meier and Lara Stadler.

Credit Sweden for putting up a heck of an effort. In a very fast-paced game, they were able to keep pace with Switzerland. Goaltender Sara Gahn deserved a better fate, stopping all but one of the 47 shots on goal she faced. Anna Borgqvist scored the lone goal for them and also led the team with five shots on goal. Sweden had 34 total shots on goal.
