Fantasy NHL: Under-owned waiver wire players for week of March 19

Injury Notes
With the fantasy playoffs starting and points becoming more and more valuable, there are a few situations that bear monitoring.
Keep an eye on who replaces Evgeni Kuznetsov on the Washington Capitals power play and top line. The Caps have one the best man advantage units in the NHL, and anyone who gets some extra minutes there will likely thrive in the absence of the talented Russian who went down this weekend with an upper body injury and may miss significant time.
Matthew Tkachuck is out an additional two to three games for the Flames and will not join the team on their upcoming road trip. Again, monitoring who gets the icetime that is up for grabs could prove fortuitous, with the most likely candidate being Sam Bennett or Michael Frolik.

Carey Price is expected to return from his concussion this week and will probably serve as a backup in Monday’s game against the Florida Panthers. Be sure to have him in your lineups later this week.
