NBA Power Rankings: Utah Jazz leap into the top-5

Congratulations, Memphis, you were able to snap your 19-game losing streak with a solid win over the Denver Nuggets. Dillon Brooks caught fire, and finished with 24 points, and they won for the first time since January. They just barely lost to the Bulls the game before their win over the Nuggets, with a bad foul on Antonio Blakeney giving the Bulls the winning points in that game. This is a team that hasn’t quit on the season, but the talent level isn’t there for them to be able to compete, especially when Marc Gasol sits. They need to be careful, because a couple wins could see them slide from the second-best lottery position down to seventh-best.
