The New York Jets will now pick third overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, as they swung a deal with the Indianapolis Colts this past weekend to move up.

The 2018 NFL Draft is only a little over a month away, and already there is movement within the top ten picks. The New York Jets made a trade with the Indianapolis Colts this past weekend, moving up to No. 3 from 6, as they try to get their franchise quarterback.

With the way the draft order is currently set up, there should be a bunch of signal-callers hearing their name early in round one. The Cleveland Browns pick  twice in the first four picks, and are certain to have their sights set on a franchise quarterback.

Here is our latest 2018 NFL Mock Draft.

53. . Quarterback. USC. Sam Darnold. 1. player

Despite the fact that the team traded for Tyrod Taylor this offseason, the Cleveland Browns are going to take a quarterback with the first overall pick. There are a few signal-callers the team can choose from in April, but it seems like Sam Darnold from USC should be the first player taken. Darnold struggled with turnovers during his time with the Trojans, but has all the intangibles you look for in a franchise quarterback.

Cleveland brought in a new general manager in John Dorsey, and he is doing a fantastic job revamping this roster. They have gone out this offseason and brought in some big time players, including Jarvis Landry from the Miami Dolphins. Taylor would be a nice stopgap for this offense, but having a legitimate franchise guy has to be in the plans for Cleveland.

The Browns have won only one game in the last two seasons, as they have become the laughingstock of the NFL. Dorsey is doing everything he can to change the culture in Cleveland, and is actually attracting free agents this offseason. They may not win the AFC North next season, but they should at least be competitive during the 2018 season.
