High Salary PF
Anthony Davis, NO vs LAL ($11,700): There is fatigue concern with Davis, who carried the Pelicans again on Wednesday, but doubting him is just foolish right now. Aside from LeBron James and James Harden, he’s the most impactful player on the court on a nightly basis. He had 56.25 fantasy points against the Pacers on Wednesday. He needs 53.8 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday. The circumstances aren’t ideal as far as the schedule goes, but Davis might not be human at this moment. ****
Julius Randle, LAL at NO ($8,000): Randle was a rare miss on Monday against the Pacers, finishing with 38.25 fantasy points in that contest. He missed by just .3 fantasy points and his salary has dipped to where he needs 36.8 fantasy points to reach value on Thursday, so don’t be too alarmed. He had 30.75 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Feb. 14. Expect him to bounce back from that game and Monday’s game given the circumstances on Thursday. ****
Aaron Gordon, ORL vs PHI ($7,300): Gordon had 33 fantasy points against the Raptors on Tuesday. It was his first game back after missing a couple of weeks with a concussion. The Sixers are on a back-to-back and rank 19th against small forwards in the last 15 games. If Jonathon Simmons is out of the lineup once again, that’s going to increase the usage rate of Gordon. He had 42.75 fantasy points against the Sixers on Feb. 24 and should give you at least 35 fantasy points in this one. ****
