High Salary C

DeAndre Jordan, LAC at TOR ($8,300): Jordan was down to 26.7 fantasy points against the Pacers on Friday. He’s been as consistent as they come for a high salary guy all season, but the matchup is good on Sunday as the Raptors are 22nd against the position in their last 15 games. Jordan had 48.4 fantasy points against the them on Dec. 11 and needs 36.6 fantasy points to reach value on Sunday. You know you’re getting at least a double-double out of Jordan, it’s just a matter of how high those points and rebounds will climb. Expect them to climb relatively high in this one. ****

Jonas Valanciunas, TOR vs LAC ($7,400): Valanciunas has missed value in three straight, but his salary remains unchanged. He needs 32.7 fantasy points to reach value on Sunday. He had 41 fantasy points against the Clippers on Dec. 11. His minutes have been down recently, but he figures to play decent minutes to matchup against Jordan. He can put up good scoring and rebounding numbers in limited minutes, but obviously more playing time typically means more production. He should be around 30 fantasy points on Sunday. ***

Myles Turner, IND vs MIA ($6,900): Turner managed just 16.4 fantasy points against the Clippers on Friday. It’s been a rough season for Turner, who has hit value in just 45 percent of games this season. But he was great in the one game against Miami, posting 52.4 fantasy points in that contest. Granted, it happened way back in November. However, the Heat are 29th against the position in their last 15 games. He’s a bit of a risk due to his inconsistency, but everything is lining up good for him on Sunday. ***
