Looking at the best DraftKings fantasy golf picks and lineups for the 2018 Houston Open, which tees off on Thursday, March 29.

Fans of the PGA Tour and the golfers themselves are undoubtedly looking ahead to The Masters, which will tee off next week. While that may be so, there is still one more tournament to be played before that happens: the 2018 Houston Open. Some players will be looking to get into form for Augusta, while others will be trying to stay in form. DraftKings fantasy golf players, however, will be trying to up their capital going into the first major.

Players such as Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson won’t be seen in the field for the Houston Open, so DraftKings fantasy golf players looking to get one of those big guns in their lineups won’t find them. However, considering that it’s the week before The Masters, there are still some big names and really quality players that will be playing this weekend.

Unlike last week when the Corales Puntacana was a weaker field thanks to the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play Championship, this has a strong field this week where we could see some real competition being had. That means that you’ll want to make your DraftKings picks with diligence and, as always, the right amount of smarts.

In case this is your first time with us, we’ll go through the price tiers of players in DraftKings fantasy golf and find the best options at that level and delve briefly into why that’s the case. Then, we’ll look at a handful of lineups, including what I consider the ideal lineup for this week. Let’s get this started with the top-tier players at the 2018 Houston Open.
