This pick was originally No. 21, but the Buffalo Bills swung a deal with the Cincinnati Bengals to move up nine spots. With this selection, the Bills are going to look to bring in a quarterback, as they currently will head into the season with Nathan Peterman under center. No offense to Peterman, but this Bills team is a playoff team right now, and they need to find the signal-caller they can utilize to get them to the next level.

Josh Rosen is one of the big name quarterbacks in this draft class, though his attitude has come under the microscope as of late. Many do not feel he has the passion to play the game, but listening to him talk, it is clear he is going to be a very good pro. He has the arm talent to make every throw needed at the next level, and the Bills certainly need someone after trading away Tyrod Taylor.

Buffalo sent offensive tackle Cordy Glenn to Cincinnati in this trade, so they are going to need some help up front. They can likely use the No. 22 overall pick to take care of that, and they still could package these two picks and move up into the top-10 to ensure they get their guy. They are definitely picking a quarterback in round one, and the only question is how high they plan to go to get him.
