Oklahoma. Orlando Brown. 22. player. 16. . Offensive Tackle

The Buffalo Bills traded their No. 21 pick to the Cincinnati Bengals for pick No. 12, but that was not the only thing they lost. In the trade, the Bills also send offensive tackle Cordy Glenn packing, which means they need to fill that void in the draft. One player who could really help them next season is Orlando Brown, who has the size and strength to be a left tackle in this league for many years.

A lot of people are down on Brown due to his porous showing at the NFL Scouting Combine. However, he had a solid pro day, and has had the task of protecting Baker Mayfield’s backside the last few seasons. All Mayfield has done in that time is win the Heisman Trophy, and you can be sure a lot of his success came from being comfortable knowing that Brown had his back.

Buffalo was a playoff team last season, and if they can get their quarterback early in round one, adding a left tackle makes sense at No. 22. They still could trade up to go even higher than No. 12, but if they stay were they are, Brown would be a solid addition with Glenn gone. With an elite running back in LeSean McCoy in the fold, and a solid defense in place, spending their two first rounders on a quarterback and offensive tackle is the way to go.
