After reaching the playoffs in 2016, the Miami Dolphins fell on hard times this past season. Can this team rebound in a big way?

Even though Adam Gase’s team lost its starting quarterback before the season even began, the Miami Dolphins figured to still play respectable football. But 2017 proved to be almost polar opposite of the previous season, when the club opened 1-4 and won nine of its final 11 contest to claim a playoff berth for the first time since 2008.

Instead, the ‘Fins started 4-2 but managed only a 2-8 mark in their final 10 outings to finish third in the AFC East. So can a team that made lots of changes this offseason rebound in a positive fashion?

Meanwhile, there was quite a lot of housecleaning this offseason in South Florida. Defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh and center Mike Pouncey were cut loose by the organization. On the other hand, wide receiver Jarvis Landry was dealt to the Cleveland Browns. Who knows what to expect this fall?
