High Salary SF

Jimmy Butler ($8,600): There’s very little reason to take Butler. Unless you think the home crowd ignites the Timberwolves offense, there are simply too many risks on their team. It’s possible the home crowd gives them a boost given their long playoff drought. But Butler simply hasn’t performed well against the Rockets this season and his salary is way too high given what he’s done this series. **

Paul George ($8,000): George needs 35.2 fantasy points to reach value on Saturday. He’s been bothered by a hip injury since Game 1 and he looked laboring, at least on offense, in Game 2. Still, he finds other ways to contribute and is a good bet to at least hit value in Game 3. ****

High Value SF

Joe Ingles ($6,100): Thanks to the defense of George, Ingles has been invisible this series. But if George guards Donovan Mitchell in Game 3, that should open things up for Ingles. At this salary, he is a risk, but if he’s going to have a big game in this series, it feels like it’ll be in Game 3. **

Justise Winslow ($4,800): Winslow had 42.5 fantasy points in Game 3. He was a solid contributor down the stretch for Miami,a dew hole he struggled in Game 2, hopefully his confidence is back after Game 3. He’ll play enough minutes to at least hit value. ***
