Sample Lineup 1
P ā James Paxton
C/1B ā J.T. Realmuto
2B ā Javier Baez
3B ā Brain Anderson
SS ā Addison Russell
OF ā J.D. Martinez, Derek Fisher, Albert Almora
Utility ā Chris Young
Itās not fun leaving Sale on the sidelines and that does worry me a bit. However, I think Paxton can get close to the same point total and he comes at $2,500 less to let us build a much better offense. Weāll take the two cheap Marlins and hope for the best in a solid matchup. Three Cubs is plenty and even though itās not a game at Coors, I canāt leave off Martinez against a lefty. Thatās especially true when I think that lefty could get totally rocked tonight. Manaea is a good pitcher but heās not quite as good as weāve seen so far. Young is a cheap lefty specialist and weāll just have to hope Derek Fisher can give us a few points. At bare minimum salary, itās hard to complain about any points from him.
Sample Lineup 2
P- Chris Sale
C/1B ā Willson Contreras
2B ā Ketel Marte
3B ā Kyle Seager
SS ā Addison Russell
OF ā Chris Young, Derek Fisher, Albert Almora
Utility ā J.T. Realmuto
Building a lineup with Sale can be done without too much of an issue, but it could leave you in a bad spot if some of the big bats on the slate go off. I might likely side with the Paxton lineup for the main lineup and I still want to find a cheap pitcher to stack Red Sox if I can. Weāll see how the day unfolds and the lineup cards treat us.
Stacks ToĀ Consider āĀ Cubs(at Colorado), Red Sox(at Oakland), Angels(vs San Francisco), and Rockies(vs Chicago)
