High Salary C

Joel Embiid ($8,900): Embiid didn’t shoot well in Game 4, but still managed 40 fantasy points thanks to his rebounding and defense. This will be Embiid’s first playoff game in Philadelphia and that’s scary for Miami. He’s going to be fired up, the crowd is going to be fired up, and this has all the makings of a dominant Embiid performance. *****

LaMarcus Aldridge ($8,700): Aldridge was right at value in Game 4. The Spurs got a little bit of something for everyone, which limited Aldridge’s workload. On the road, that workload will go back up and he’ll be counted upon to carry the team offensively. Proceed with caution. ***

High Value C

Ersan Ilyasova ($4,900): The return of Embiid has cut into the value of Ilyasova, but at this salary, he’s a good bet to at least hit value. He’s been at home during this series, although Embiid didn’t play in either of those games. Still, this feels like a game where Ilyasova makes a big contribution and goes over 25 fantasy points. ***

Thon Maker ($4,200): Maker had 22.5 fantasy points in Game 4. With John Henson out, he’s getting the majority of the minutes at center. The Celtics were able to neutralize him more in the second half, which is a bit worrisome heading into Game 5. Still, minutes matter and Maker should be good enough to at least give you value. ***
