NBA Playoffs 2018: Houston Rockets vs. Utah Jazz Game 5 live stream: Watch online
By Dre Elder
The Rockets look to send the Jazz on summer vacation on Tuesday night in Houston. Here is how you can watch Game 5 online.
The Houston Rockets won consecutive road games against the Utah Jazz to take a commanding 3-1 series lead. Despite being hailed for their offensive prowess, Houston surrendered just 89.5 points per game to Utah in those wins. Conversely, James Harden has confounded the Jazz defense. Harden is averaging 30.5 points, 8.3 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game in this series. And he’s getting help from his teammates. Chris Paul, Clint Capela, Eric Gordon and P.J. Tucker are all averaging double-figure scoring.
Utah rookie Donovan Mitchell has performed sensationally in his first ever postseason. However, Mitchell is shooting a disappointing 32.5 percent from the field and 24 percent from beyond the arc against Houston. The Rockets know he’s the driving force for Utah and have keyed in on slowing him down. The Jazz have been without starting point guard Ricky Rubio and have struggled to fill the void. Joe Ingles is producing 15.8 points on 46 percent shooting from deep, but it hasn’t been enough as the Jazz lack playmakers. Still, Utah has won in Houston during this series and will have to channel their Game 2 performance to keep their season alive.
