Here’s how you can watch New Girl’s series finale double-header live online or the old-fashioned way right on your television.

New Girl airs its final episodes tonight with a double-header starting at 9:00 p.m. ET / 8:00 p.m. Central on FOX. You can catch the two episodes right from the comfort of your laptop with FOX’s live stream.

The long running series says goodbye tonight despite still holding steady ratings. Since 2011, the show has won countless awards and earned major nominations. The franchise probably could have made it into a couple more seasons, maybe there will be a spinoff someday.

Despite the wave of cancellations recently, reboots and revivals are in vogue. It wouldn’t surprise to see FOX approach series star Zooey Deschanel with a revival proposal two years, maybe even just one year from now.

It’s all about Jess and Nick’s wedding on tonight’s New Girl episode. We’ve previously seen Jess’ father confront Nick over the phone about when he was going to marry his daughter already. Now, his wish and many fans’ ultimate wish becomes a reality. It’s also why a post-wedding marriage life spinoff is possible.

Just give it a few years and the marriage spinoff will likely happen. Everybody loves a good marriage comedy sitcom, it’s a television staple. Jess & Nick has a good ring to it.

"The gang takes a tour down memory lane; a final round of “True American.”"

The final episode tonight will see the gang reminsance about the old days. Take one final trip down memory lane so to speak. It’s been a real journey.
