Here’s a roundup of the latest news and transfer rumors from across the soccer world. Find out which players could be joining new teams this summer.

The highlight of Monday’s transfer rumors is that Manchester United are interested in signing Chelsea’s Willian this summer, according to Sky Sports.

Willian is reportedly unhappy at Chelsea and wants to leave the London club before the start of the new season, at least if current Blues boss Antonio Conte is still at the helm next season.

The relationship between William and Conte has seemingly deteriorated over the season and has become untenable in recent weeks. Willian has found himself on the bench in four of Chelsea’s last five games, including the FA Cup final against United on Saturday.

Even after Chelsea won the FA Cup against Manchester United, Willian couldn’t resist a dig at Conte with this post after the game, covering his manager’s image with three trophy emojis.

Jose Mourinho is hoping to reunite with Willian after he managed the Brazilian in his second spell at Chelsea. Willian was one of the only players who excelled for Mourinho in his second season at Stamford Bridge, before Mourinho was sacked later in the year.

Meanwhile reports in this morning’s Telegraph suggest West Ham will look to secure the signing of Yaya Toure this summer.

West Ham are hoping to appoint former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini as their new head coach this week.

The Hammers are hoping Pellegrini can convince Toure to join them, as it’s reported Pellegrini and Toure have a good relationship from their time together at the Etihad.

Toure, 35, has been an icon in the Premier League over the past five years and after a season which saw him used sparingly by Pep Guardiola, he will be keen to play more regularly in the twilight of his career.

If the midfielder is to make the move south he will be greeted with some familiar faces, none more so than former City player Pablo Zabaleta, who, alongside Toure, secured City’s first Premier League title back in 2011-12.

The future of Antoine Griezmann is still uncertain. Griezmann has been heavily linked with a summer move to Barcelona in recent weeks. Reports in this morning’s Marca suggest Lionel Messi has given his backing to signing Griezmann. Messi said, “It is obvious that I like him, he is one of the best players right now. We’re delighted to have the best here and Griezmann is one of them.”

Marca also suggests Barcelona have kept the number 7 free for Griezmann after it was vacated by the departure of Arda Turan in January. While the transfer is still nothing more than speculation, Griezmann will not have been impressed by some Atletico Madrid fans, who were whistling at him in anger in Atleti’s final game of the season at the weekend, after reports surfaced about his rumored move to Barcelona.
