NBA Playoffs 2018: Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors Game 5 live stream: Watch online
By Dre Elder
The Rockets can push the Warriors to the brink of elimination with a win on Thursday night. Here is how you can watch Game 5 online.
The Houston Rockets overcame a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter of Game 4 to even the series against the Golden State Warriors. Houston reclaimed home court advantage in what is now a best-of-three series. James Harden and Chris Paul carried the offensive load for Houston. The superstar duo combined to score 57 points, but the Rockets’ defense is what ultimately won the game. Houston held Golden State to just 12 points in the final period. Now, the Rockets have an opportunity to take their first series lead.
Golden State had won a record 16 consecutive home playoff games. They put together another signature third quarter performance to take control of the game. Then, the Warriors squandered a golden opportunity to take a 3-1 series lead. They looked completely out of sorts late in the game. Shockingly, Golden State broke from their trademark ball-sharing scheme and mimicked Houston’s isolation style. Additionally, the Warriors had more turnovers than assists in Game 4. Still, the defending champions are confident they can bounce back and regain control of the series.
