Texas Rangers fan, 2011

The Rangers lost the 2010 World Series to the San Francisco Giants. They made it back to the World Series the following season. They went to seven games. This fan who tattooed a Rangers 2011 World Champs logo on himself earlier that year was so close to glory. But the Rangers lost and now he’s on our list.

This is definitely not the dumbest look in here. This guy was calculated. He knew that the dominant Rangers had a very good chance to be back in the World Series. The reason they didn’t have home field advantage for Game 7 is because of baseball’s ridiculous All-Star game rule that plays into the World Series.

The National League won the all-star game and the Rangers lost home field advantage in the World Series because of it. Makes perfect sense.

The Rangers were up 3-2 when they took the Cardinals into extra innings in Game 6. They were a single run away from a title, giving this fan everything he would have hoped for.

Unfortunately for him, that isn’t how sports works.

Thankfully for this guy, “2011” is relatively easy to alter. He’ll need more from the current Rangers if he wants the edit to be easy. The Rangers are currently terrible.
