Rex Ryan

There is quite a bit to unpack here. Rex Ryan has a risqué cartoon tattoo of his wife on his arm in a Mark Sanchez jersey. This may take the cake as the worst tattoo in sports history.

There’s nothing wrong with a football coach getting a tattoo of his wife. There’s nothing wrong with said coach tattooing his wife in a jersey of the team he is coaching. What makes this tattoo horrible is that he put her in a Mark Sanchez jersey.

First of all, Mark Sanchez is terrible, but we’ll give Ryan a pass on that because those Jets teams were actually decent. What makes this weird is solely that Ryan chose to number the jersey in the first place. Perhaps, let’s hope, Michelle was a huge Sanchez fan.

When he was fired from the Jets and hired by the Buffalo Bills, Ryan had the tattoo changed from green to Bills Blue. Unfortunately for him, that tenure would not last very long as he was fired from the Bills a season later.

It would not shock me if a member of #BillsMafia went out and got the same tattoo that year.
