5 players Chelsea should sign this summer

2. Nabil Fekir
If there’s one player who’s falling under-the-radar for this year’s World Cup, it’s Nabil Fekir. Lost in the shuffle of so much talent around him, the 24-year-old has been superb yet again for Lyon, scoring goals for fun and proving to be one of Europe’s hottest commodities.
With a left foot to die for, he can play either on the wing or as a number 10. His attacking talents and dribbling are mesmerizing. Fekir is one of the most fun players to watch at his very best. He can easily steal the show at Russia, and Chelsea need to go all-in on him.
Put him on the right wing as Willian’s replacement, or put him in the number 10 behind French teammate Giroud. You’ve instantly put fear in opposing teams, but they must move quickly for him. Reports are that Liverpool are hot on his trail and could swoop in to make a deal.
That simply cannot happen. Conte was furious enough he couldn’t get Romelu Lukaku before Manchester United and Mourinho won out. Signings like Fekir are a signal of intent, and they need this before they lose out on other major targets.
