Draymond Green recently celebrated his third title in four years with a bag of Red Hot Cheetos. Green, gave up the snack to concentrate on the NBA playoffs.

The general rhetoric for success is that you have to have a sacrifice to attain your ultimate goals. For Golden State Warriors swiss army knife Draymond Green, that sacrifice was a great big bag of Red Hot Cheetos. Green and his fellow Warriors most recently won their third NBA championship in four years. The Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in all three of their Finals wins, causing many NBA pundits to call them a dynasty.

Green admitted he gives up a vice he has during the playoffs, and that vice was the Hot Cheetos. As you can see below, Green appears to have missed his favorite snack.

Hot Cheetos aside, the real question for the future is will the Warriors front office keep the team intact? As reported by ESPN.com, the Warriors front office already have plans to extend Green this summer. Green is scheduled to net $17.5 million next season and $18.5 million during the 2019-20 campaign. With Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant also up for new contracts, it will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Another obstacle Green and his Warriors have to overcome, is, what is next to prove? The Warriors have already exhibited they are the NBA’s most unique dynasty. Green, Steph Curry, Durant, and Thompson has cemented themselves in history. The league has adapted to their influx of talent and offensive system over the last two years. But, the Warriors have triumphed both times. In the end, it appears Green and the Warriors are content. Giving up Hot Cheetos may be a ritual for Green in the years to come.
