Tennessee Titans -Entire team

This is ground-breaking and an absolute must for any groups or teams that are together for more than a couple of days. While researching for this article (I use “researching” lightly here) I found the next great game for the world to play.

Real life Fortnite with Nerf swords. In a genius move by the Titans coaching staff, the Titans run a two-week long battle royale-style game through their mini-camp. The game serves as a fun way to keep busy for players and a great team building exercise for the Titans.

Players are paired up in duo’s and play by a set of rules that include “curfews” for when the game ends and players can relax. They must have their Nerf swords on them at all times and any “tagging” must be recorded on video. The last player standing gets a prize and more importantly, the all-too-important victory royale. Here are the pairings:

The Titans players bring their Nerf swords everywhere. To the field, to the bars at night, to other players’ houses. Everywhere is fair game. Players get creative, too. Left tackle Taylor Lewan had his wife dress up as a hotel maid and knock on doors to secure surprise eliminations.

The possibilities are endless and sound ridiculously fun. You know what I’ll be pitching to my coworkers tomorrow morning.
