Which NFL players would make the best Fortnite gamers
Cincinnati Bengals – Vontaze Burfict
The Bengals representative was going to be Andy Dalton solely because I’m a Ravens fan and will take any chance I get to go in on Andy Dalton. Given what Dalton did to end the Ravens’ season last year though, I’m going with the absolute lunatic of a human being who is Vontaze Burfict.
Burfict plays football like he has his own version of bountygate going on in his head at all times. He’s made countless hits that leave you thinking “what the hell was he doing?” as the player who received the hit lays unconscious on the field. Burfict is most definitely not someone you want to play against but also occasionally not someone you want on your team, either.
Here’s a play from the AFC wild card game in 2016 that the Bengals would have won if Vontaze Burfict wasn’t the dumbest player in the NFL:
Burfict’s Fortnite game would match his football game. He has all the skills to be one of the top players in the world but does not have the required mental ability to put it together. Burfict is the guy who spots an enemy 400m away and starts firing at them without so much as mentioning their location to the squad.
Landing location: Junk Junction. Burfict’s actual skill often overlooked because of his actions. Where he would land in Fortnite reflects that. Junk Junction is one of the underrated locations in the game because of it’s placement at the edge of the map. Burfict is underrated because of the placement of his pads or helmet on other players’ heads.
Playing style: Headshots only.
