Report cards are in. Who can proudly display their results on the fridge and who needs their parents’ signature? Find out with FanSided’s NHL Draft grades for all 31 teams.

The 2018 NHL Draft is in the books. The jury will be out on many of these kids for years to come. Half of the players drafted on Friday and Saturday will never put their blades on NHL ice. The other half will range from guys who will have middling careers to future All-Stars. Maybe there will be a Hall of Famer or two.

Grading the draft for every team is no easy task. Some players are going to be much better than they are now. Others won’t live up to their full potential. For all we know, the best player in this draft may come in the sixth round. Buffalo Sabres fans are hoping that’s not the case.

This was one of the more unpredictable drafts in recent memory. After the first two picks, experts thought there was very little separating picks three through 10. Then, there was very little separating picks 11 through 50. And after the first round, all bets are usually off.

Along with the draft picks, I’ll be grading teams based on any non-draft trade they may have made.

There is no +/- in my grades. It’s the most misleading stat in the NHL, and I’m banning it from my classroom.
