WHERE TO PLAY
Both sites have a jackpot of $5,000 tonight. It comes down to which format you prefer, and if you are willing to pay up to play against a smaller pool of players.
If I was playing a small amount of money tonight I think I would rather have 2 teams on Fanduel and few bucks left over for a single entry.
DraftKings utility position is nice though, I find myself building a lot of 2G/4F lineups on there recently since I’ve found it easier to find more value and points at the forward position.
FANDUEL $4 entry fee (150 max) 7,440 total entries 1st place – $5,000
DRAFTKINGS $10 entry fee (105 max) 3,529 total entries 1st place – $5,000

WNBA DFS KEY PLAYERS
The first game of the night – and also the one with the highest projected point total features four of the biggest names in the WNBA right now. Skylar Diggins-Smith, Liz Cambage, Breanna Stewart, and Jewell Loyd face off once again as Seattle travels to Texas to take on the Dallas Wings.
- Breanna Stewart – Averaging 40.7 fantasy points on both sites. Most expensive player on DraftKings today. I like some of the mid-tier options for Seattle today, so I won’t have too much exposure to Stewart.
- Jewell Loyd – She has been trending in the right direction the last few games. Her price on DraftKings is reasonable, but on Fanduel I would rather go with Taurasi who is $200 cheaper.
- Skylar Diggins-Smith – I think Skylar will bounce back this evening after not scoring 40 or more fantasy points in her last four games. I will have some exposure to her on Fanduel, but not on DraftKings where she is the 2nd most expensive player on the slate.
- Liz Cambage – Her price is a little high on both sites today for me. I would rather save a few dollars and go with Slyvia Fowles (MIN), or pay up a little bit for Britney Griner (PHO).
Value Pick: Ariel Powers (If Alysha Clark is out)
Tina Charles will need to have another good game tonight for the Liberty to have a chance at knocking off the Sparks currently sit on top of the Western Conference.

- Steelers avoid any camp drama with latest roster move
- MLB Rumors: Potential Braves reunion, Lance Lynn no-trade clause and Orioles deadline intentions
- Tina Charles – Price tag has stayed below 8,000 on Fanduel and she is the only real scoring threat on NY. Her usage rate remains the highest in the WNBA at 31%.
- I don’t have much interest in the key players for the Sparks today. The prices are too high and they are too many other options on the slate that I prefer today.
Value Pick: Sugar Rodgers (NY)
The Mercury take on the Chicago Sky in another potential blowout game. Chicago allows opponents the most blocks (5.8) and steals (8.3) per game.
- Britney Griner – I am willing to pay up today for her in what should be a cake match. She has played at least 27 minutes in every game this season, which makes me a feel a little safer about her court time in the case of a blowout.
- Diana Taurasi – She has been on fire lately, I don’t see any reason for that to stop tonight. Until her price starts to go up or she cools off a bit I am going to keep playing her, I suggest you do the same.
Value Pick : Stefanie Dolson
The Minnesota Lynx are on a roll thanks to Slyvia Fowle
s and Maya Moore. They take on Las Vegas – the youngest team in the league, with arguably the best rookie in the WNBA A’Ja Wilson.
- A’Ja Wilson – I like her price on both sites today. She has a tough matchup but has played well recently. She has faced three good opponents in row before this game and hit value each time. I expect her to do the same tonight.
- Maya More – Has been crushing it lately scoring over 20 real life points in her last 3 games. She should grab 5+ rebounds and get a few steals too making her a nice play today.
- Slyvia Fowles – Finally staring to play more like the 2017 WNBA MVP her last four games. The Aces give up the 2nd most rebounds in the league at 36.8 per game. I prefer Moore today though.
Value Pick: Rebekkah Brunson (MIN)
The Connecticut Suns hope to end their 4 game losing streak when they take on the Indiana Fever who will be looking for their second win of the season.
- Alyssa Thomas -Remains doubtful after missing the last 3 games with a shoulder injury. I doubt we will have any news on her situation before lineup lock making her too risky of a play for me.
- Candice Dupree – Has been up and down since coming back from and injury that cost her to miss 2 games. I like her price on DraftKings but she might lose minutes in a potential blowout.
- I don’t have much interest in the other options in this game. If you are looking for a mid-tier guard this might be a good place to pull one from, but your guess is a good as mine.
Value Pick: Alex Bentley (CON)
