Travelers Championship Perfect Roster

It was a good week for our pivots! Spieth, Day and Lovemark were all under-owned and had solid weeks. Let’s continue the good run. Here is your perfect lineup for the Travelers Championship along with ownership:

How can this information help you for the Quicken Loans National? It helps you to know what golfers will be chalk this week (recency bias) and it shows that winning GPP lineups almost always require 2 or 3 pivot plays. Quicken Loans National – Popular Golfers

It is impossible to predict the chalk plays each week with certainty, but here are a few golfers that I (and the DrafKings PGA community) believe will garner high ownership.

Rickie Fowler $11700

Tiger Woods $11000

Kiradech Aphibarnrat $9200

Charles Howell III $8900

Byeong Hun An $8600

Bill Haas $7800

Adam Hadwin $7300

CT Pan $7300

Quicken Loans National – Pivot Plays

Marc Leishman $11,200

Leishman burned the 15% who rostered him for a missed cut at the Travelers Championship. Now owners are supposed to pay $11K? As weak as the field is, I see people paying up for Rickie or Tiger. Leishman will go overlooked to the tune of 7-12% this week. A small price for a golfer that finished 3rd at TPC Potomac a year ago.

More from FanSided

Patrick Rodgers $8,800

Rodgers is looking at <5% ownership due to a price-tag that is probably too high. But his for is solid, with 3 straight made cuts and a T8 at the Memorial. Last year Rodgers finished T22 at this event. If he is able to better his 2017 finish, that is the type of play that sets yourself apart from the field in GPPs.

Jason Kokrak $7,100

Kokrak comes with a fair amount of risk this week. He is coming off of 2 straight missed cuts, but I love how he lines up for this course. Kokrak finished T26 at this course in 2017, and he is the type of player that can pop at courses that fit his eye (3 top 10’s this year).

JJ Spaun $7,000

Spaun is the boom-or-bust guy you need on a roster or two this week. He is looking at <3% ownership and he showed us at the Byron Nelson that he possesses top 3 upside. He is 50% on made cuts in his last 6, and had a respectable T47 at the Travelers. I’ll be massively overweight on JJ this week (which means 1 or 2 of 20 lineups).
