Wondering how long Ant-Man and the Wasp will be? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered.

After the record-shattering reception for Avengers: Infinity War, the next addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be Ant-Man and the Wasp, which will be buzzing into theaters on July, 6.

The sequel to Ant-Man, expectations will be significantly higher for Ant-Man and the Wasp, as the original absolutely crushed any previous notion you might have had about it heading into the theater.

How could a Marvel movie about a superhero called Ant-Man that stars Paul Rudd be any good? Well, we found out pretty quickly. Ant-Man was phenomenal, and, if the 89 percent Rotten Tomatoes score is to be trusted, Ant-Man and the Wasp will be pretty good too.

But how long exactly will Ant-Man and the Wasp run?

Ant-Man and the Wasp has a runtime of exactly two hours and five minutes — seven minutes longer than Ant-Man.

This is a nice departure from a string of blockbuster movies that had well over two and a half hour runtimes. Two hours and five minutes is a happy medium between movies that feel far too short like Deadpool and movies that feel far too long like Iron Man 3. For reference, Avengers: Infinity War was 35 minutes longer than Ant-Man and the Wasp, while Black Panther was just 10 minutes longer.

While I’m a fan of long movies (more content is good content), we have to draw the line somewhere. If movies get any longer, we are going to need to start adding in intermissions so that people can run to the restroom without missing any of the action.

But, luckily, Ant-Man and the Wasp is not going to be extremely long, so get ready for a great Marvel movie to hit theaters on July 6!
