Vans US Open of surfing 2018: Date, time, stream for weekend surf events

Vans US Open of surfing 2018: Date, time, stream for weekend surf events.

The historic and uber-popular Vans US Open takes to Huntington Beach, CA this week with festivities kicking off on July 28 and wrapping up Aug. 5. Competitors from all over the world will compete in three disciplines — surf, skate, and BMX and we promise to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Though not all of the surfing events will be streamed online, we have compiled a list of the surf events starting on Friday, that you can view online listed below:

Friday, Aug. 3

SURF

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Surf schedule dependant on conditions

7:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Van’s Women’s Duct Tape Invitational 

Saturday, Aug. 4

SURF

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Surf schedule dependant on conditions

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Van’s Women’s Duct Tape Invitational 

Sunday, Aug. 5

SURF

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Surf schedule dependant on conditions

*Please note that all surfing competitions will be dependant on the surf conditions of the day, which can be found posted here.

Competing in the men’s surf competition are Kolohe Andino, Keanu Asing, Willian Cardoso, Wade Carmichael, Conner Coffin, Griffin Colapinto, Adriano de Souza, Yago Dora, Joan Duru, Michael February, Italo Ferreira, Jeremy Flores, Ian Gouveia, Patrick Gudauskas, Tomas Hermes, Kanoa Igarashi, Ezekiel Lau, Jesse Mendes, Frederico Morais, Connor O’Leary, Michael Rodrigues, Filipe Toledo, Matt Wilkinson, and Sebastian Zietz.

Competing in the women’s duct tape surf competition are Kaitlin Maguire, Tory Gilkerson, Mele Saili, Hallie Rohr, Kelis Kaleopaa, Sierra Lerback, Karina Rozunko, Ivy Thomas, Makala Smith, Jennifer Smith, Ashley Lloyd, Mia Larson, Honolua Blomfield, Kassia Meador, Summer Richley, and Erin Ashley.
