16. Eli Manning, New York Giants

There’s a lot of optimism surrounding Manning and the New York Giants offense. The return of Odell Beckham Jr. from injury and addition of Saquon Barkley will be a huge boost. Evan Ingram has a full season under his belt and should continue to grow.

17. Alex Smith, Washington Redskins

Smith will continue to provide value as both a passer and a runner. His role with the Redskins will look similar to what it was while in Kansas City. However, there’s a chance for some regression due to learning a new system and questionable weapons.

18. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes is the biggest wild card at this position. He has the potential to put up huge numbers and significantly out play his draft position. However, his gunslinger mentality could also result in a ton of turnovers and missed opportunities.

19. Marcus Mariota, Tennessee Titans

This feels like a make or break year for Mariota. He hasn’t really taken a major step in his development which has limited his fantasy value. The fact that the Titans want to feature a heavy ground attack doesn’t help.

However, the addition of a pass-catching running back like Dion Lewis could spur an uptick in his production.

20. Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals

I could easily see Dalton having a bounce back season and proving to be a fantasy steal. The Bengals have some intriguing weapons with A.J. Green, Joe Mixon, Gio Bernard, John Ross and a healthy Tyler Eifert.
