30. Pierre Garcon, San Francisco 49ers

Garcon should be a target monster who will clean up in PPR leagues. He’s still working his way back from injury and the 49ers have some other options, but Garcon is the most seasoned of the group.

29. Sammy Watkins, Kansas City Chiefs

Based on raw talent Sammy Watkins arguably belongs in the top-10 conversation. However, he has struggle to stay on the field and has too many games where he disappears. Moving over to Kansas City could spark his career.

Andy Reid made a big investment in Watkins and will want to feature him. A lot of his value will also be tied to the development of Patrick Mahomes.

28. Josh Gordon, Cleveland Browns

The mystery of Josh Gordon continues to drag on with him still not with the Browns. There was some positive signs this offseason that he might have turned a corner personally, but it’s hard to stay optimistic now.

He’s such a polarizing fantasy player because if he were to play a full 16 game schedule he is a threat to be the No. 1 fantasy receiver.

27. Alshon Jeffery, Philadelphia Eagles

Jeffery is currently nursing an injury that could potential have him placed on PUP to start the year. This is a concerning development because Jeffery had trouble staying on the field during his time with the Chicago Bears.

He could be someone you draft early and end up getting little to no production from.

26. Chris Hogan, New England Patriots

Hogan has developed into the Patriots top receiver and should see plenty of targets this year. Those targets shouldn’t drop off much even when Julian Edelman returns to the lineup. Hogan might not be a flashy player, but he’ll provide you with steady production.
