In a preseason AFC showdown, the Baltimore Ravens will face off against the Indianapolis Colts as both teams look to iron out the kinks before the regular season begins.

The Indianapolis Colts are still looking to ease their franchise quarterback, Andrew Luck back into full swing after missing the entire 2017 NFL season. They will look to cross another obstacle in that journey as they face off against the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night.

The Colts main point of emphasis is to play Luck through the first half without any setbacks. In Luck’s first game action since 2016 on Aug 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, Luck only played in two drives, completing 6-of-9 passes for 64 yards, which accumulated to two field goals. Physically, Luck has shown he’s ready to embrace an increasing workload and the Colts want to have him prepared once the season begins.

The Ravens, besides attempting to continue their preseason winning streak of ten games, will look to build off a strong showing against the Los Angeles Rams. The Ravens defeated the Rams 33-7, although the Rams didn’t have a bulk of their defensive starters to match up with the Ravens first-team offense.

Their polarizing quarterback, Joe Flacco, went 5-of-7 for 71 yards and a touchdown. Obviously, the Ravens will look for Flacco to build off of that performance so they can look forward to the regular season positively.
