The third weekend of the Premier League is almost upon us. Here are five bold predictions for all the action during matchweek 3.

The Premier League returns Saturday, with Wolves hosting Manchester City and Brighton travelling to Anfield to face off against title contenders Liverpool. Sunday sees Chelsea travel to Newcastle and high-flying Watford host Crystal Palace.

Finally, the weekend is rounded off with Manchester Untied hosting Tottenham on Monday night. Here are five bold predictions for all the action.

1. Tottenham beat Manchester United at Old Trafford

Premier League fans will have to wait until Monday for what is arguably the “weekend’s” biggest game as Manchester United host Tottenham.

Jose Mourinho is under a little bit of pressure after his side’s embarrassing defeat away at Brighton last week and a tough match against Tottenham isn’t exactly what he’d want to try and steady the ship.

Spurs have won two from two and will feel confident about making it three from three on Monday even if they are playing away from home. Mauricio Pochettino shouldn’t be afraid of anything he’s seen from Manchester United thus far.

The Red Devils were fortunate to win on the opening day and were outplayed by Brighton last weekend. Mourinho will expect more from his side this time out and if he doesn’t get it then fans could begin to really get on his back.

Ultimately, a draw would still be a good result for Tottenham here but Pochettino and his players will know that Manchester United are in a weak spot and that they could gain a rare away win at against the Red Devils.
