Southampton’s woes from last season look to have spilled into the current campaign. The club recorded just one point from their opening two matches during which they were held to a goalless draw at home by Burnley and beaten by Everton. The campaign is still young but early signs suggest they might be involved in another relegation scrap come the end of the season.
Leicester bounced back from an opening day defeat to Man United by recording a comfortable win over Wolves last time out. The 2016 champions have lost only once in their last seven matches against Southampton and will be favorites heading into Saturday’s clash. They will be without England striker Jamie Vardy though after the England striker was sent off in the victory over Wolves.
