Minnesota Wild: Jordan Greenway

Jordan Greenway has top prospect written all over him after being chosen 50th overall by the Wild in 2015. The gargantuan (6-foot-6! 229 pounds!) left-shooting winger has earned some pretty reasonable cred with more than just his size, putting up serious stats over three seasons with Boston University: 28 goals and 64 assists for 92 points in 112 games, and throwing in a spicy 192 minutes in penalties, which in college is like the second coming of Ogie Ogilthorpe.

Where he fits into the lineup of the Wild is anyone’s guess, but you’ve got to think he’s going to get a serious crack at it this season, what with all that playoff underachieving in the not-too-distant past and the fact the kid has three gold medals from his younger days on the global stage. He’ll be in tough to get stable minutes because of all those wingers on the Wild, but he’s an injury or trade away from crashing his through to the impact line for Minnesota. In a big way.
