To win the FedEx Cup, Patrick Cantlay MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for 10th or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes tied for fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.

17. Rory McIlroy

To win the FedEx Cup, Rory McIlroy MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for 11th or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes in a three-way tie for fourth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes tied for third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes tied for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.

18. Xander Schauffele

To win the FedEx Cup, Xander Schauffele MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for 12th or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes fifth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes tied for third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.

19. Tommy Fleetwood

To win the FedEx Cup, Tommy Fleetwood MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes in a three-way tie for 13th or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes tied for fifth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes in a tie for third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.

20. Tiger Woods

To win the FedEx Cup, Tiger Woods MUST win the Tour Championship AND all of the following:

  • Bryson DeChambeau finishes tied for 15th or worse.
  • Justin Rose finishes in a three-way tie for fifth or worse.
  • Tony Finau finishes tied for third or worse.
  • Dustin Johnson finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Justin Thomas finishes in a three-way tie for second or worse.
  • Keegan Bradley finishes tied for second or worse.
