2. Deeney leads Watford to victory over Manchester United

The biggest surprise of the Premier League season so far is still Watford’s 100 percent record. The Hornets have bagged four impressive wins from four matches and only goal difference separates them from Liverpool and Chelsea.

Javi Gracia’s side keep trumping themselves each week, with their most impressive performance coming last matchweek, when they came from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1. They’ve ridden their luck in matches but there’s no doubt they deserve to be where they are.

This weekend they welcome Manchester United to Vicarage Road in Saturday’s later kickoff. United haven’t started as strongly as some people might have expected but they got back to winning ways when they beat Burnley in matchweek 4.

The early criticism of Manchester United this season was a little ridiculous even if the Red Devils have looked out of sorts. Already having two losses is not ideal but if anything it’s better to have your rough patch at the beginning of the season than at the end.

Jose Mourinho’s side have had solid spells in games but they’ve struggled for consistency over 90 minutes thus far. On Saturday, they’ll need to be at their best for the full match otherwise they could be facing loss number three.

However, this game won’t come down to United’s lack of form but instead Watford’s current good feeling. The Hornets are riding an unbelievable high and that creates a winning mentality that none of the players will want to lose.

In Troy Deeney, Watford have a great leader that has already come up with some goals this season. Deeney will strike again this weekend and help his team keep this amazing  winning run going.
