Middle Tennessee State vs. Georgia preview, odds, prediction, TV channel, live stream
The Georgia Bulldogs have been rolling with ease and aim to keep doing so as they welcome Middle Tennessee State to Athens on Saturday.
Many college football games throughout the country have been or were affected by Hurricane Florence making landfall on the East Coast heading into the weekend. Another such game in that category is the Georgia Bulldogs taking on the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders at Sanford Stadium. Initially supposed to be a night game, the weather has pushed the kickoff to Noon ET on Saturday.
Regardless of when they kick off, this Georgia team is absolutely loaded. They were supposedly going to be tested last week by South Carolina, but the Bulldogs beat them into submission with a proverbial flick of their fingers. From quarterback Jake Fromm to cornerback Deandre Baker, this team is loaded and dangerous as can be once again.
As for Middle Tennessee State, they have some talent and upside as veteran quarterback Brent Stockstill remains at the helm of the offense. However, considering that they were beaten by Vanderbilt by 28 points in their season-opener, you have to wonder just how much of a fight they’re going to be able to put up against the Bulldogs in Athens.

UGA are the heavy favorites in this matchup, as you’d ultimately expect for them to be. In all honesty, though, you might’ve even expected the Dawgs to be favored by a little bit more than the Blue Raiders on Saturday afternoon.

Prediction
There are very few things that are going to trip up this Bulldogs team this year (if anything at all does) and the Blue Raiders aren’t in that conversation. Georgia is going to adjust to the pushed-forward kickoff and take care of business with general ease.
Final Score: Middle Tennessee 10, Georgia 48
